Terms and Conditions

Anax Developments L.L.C. (Anax or Organizer) proposes the participation of the female candidates in the Model Hunt contest to find the new face of ANAX’.

Participation is open for a selective period and starts on the date mentioned on the website. Participation in this casting constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

How to Participate?

• Participation in the casting is only possible through online registration using the form available on the website. Please note that offline applications will not be accepted.

• All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed for a valid registration/submission.

Conditions of Participation

• Participation in the contest is limited to female candidates between 21 and 25 years of age as of June, 2025.

• Registrations must be made under the candidate’s own name.

• Only one registration per candidate will be considered.

• Each candidate participates in the contest solely for their personal interest and not for professional purposes.

• Photos of poor quality that do not meet the jury's strict criteria will be disqualified and excluded from consideration.

• Candidates must provide complete and accurate contact information; any missing, incomplete, incorrect, or false details will result in disqualification.

Selection Criteria

• The contest selection will be online casting.

• Selection criteria are defined by the Jury and include photogenic qualities, attitude, age, height, as well as additional factors at the Jury's discretion.

• No complaints or claims from unsuccessful candidates will be accepted against the decisions of the Jury.

Responsibilities

• The organizer cannot be held responsible for internet network malfunctions, email issues, casting suspension or cancellation, or the quality of photos and videos submitted.

• The organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms, or suspend, alter, or terminate the contest at any time, at their sole discretion and without prior notice, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting the smooth operation of the contest.

• The contest open dates are indicative and may be modified at the organizer’s discretion.

The organizer cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage or accidents occurring during or after participation of the contestant, in case of physical presence.

• Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, including any subsequent modifications necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. The Organizer will notify candidates of such changes whenever possible.

• Organizer is not responsible for any false declarations.

Conditions

• Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the casting process and the results.

• Unforeseen cases will be decided by the organizer, and their decision will be final.

• Including the casting date, candidate’s full name, complete address, and email address.

• Complaints received more than one month after the casting closing date will be automatically rejected.

• Participation is free and does not involve any form of remuneration or compensation.

• Participants acknowledge that their images will be recorded and may be broadcast to the public. The Organizer reserves the right to exploit or not exploit the candidates’ image at their discretion.

• Participants allow the Organizer and its assigns to record, reproduce, modify, adapt, and publicly record their images on any any media, for free or for a fee.

• Candidates permit the Organizer to use their image for promotional purposes without financial compensation.

• Participation in the contest does not establish an employment relationship.

• Candidates acknowledge and agree to the Website’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. In case of dispute, only the Dubai Courts will have jurisdiction.
